yeah not positive what your asking but if you just want to link add a anchor tag with the href = to your destination url

Including the target attribute in an anchor tag is optional, and you probably shouldn't use it. Let the site visitors decide whether a link is opened in a new tab/window or not, forcing it can confuse novice computer users and annoy experienced users.
