WebRadiance has had its slogan, 'Illuminating the Mind of the Web' since we launched last year and frankly we fancy a bit of a change.

The slogan doesn't convey what WebRadiance is, or does, nor does it necessarily reflect the open-ness of our community.

This is where you come in...

We want suggestions for a new slogan. The only requirements are that it's short, consise and to the point, but obviously it needs to say more about WR than our current slogan. We'd like everyone to chip in, whether it be coming up with an idea, or commenting on someone elses.

The Administrator team will choose the winner and have final say on this topic, but that's not to say that you can't convince us that your slogan is the best. The winner, will receive any item they wish from the WebRadiance shop, and of course the honour and delight of seeing their slogan on WR (and the merchandise!), as well as our eternal gratitude of course!

The deadline is 30th June, but may be extended or shortened depending on how we progress! If for whatever reason a winner is not selected, or an Administrator comes up with the final slogan, then the member (excluding Admins) who is deemed to have contributed most to the competition will be selected to receive the prize.

Please feel free to pour your ideas into the melting pot in this thread and get cooking..!

Personally, I still want something that's a little more 'fun', but I do like the fact that the suggestions so far have been accurate, and descriptive. Maybe what I'm asking for isn't necessarily possible in only a few words!

indeed i think it is very easy to be descriptive in just a few words, but making it fun would require it to be much longer i think

I agree with Karl - I think we should keep it open a little longer and see if anyone has any fresh ideas. I like all the community ones, but they don't exactly stand out.

I mean, for those in the UK (I don't know about elsewhere), but if I said to you "Take a break", you'd think "Kitkat". So we want something memorable, that can give us something people associate us with.

I reckon something fun would make it more memorable, not that i have any ideas at all, but thats my 2 pence
Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it's own.
PS: Here's my website!
