would there be copyright issues if the phrase "taste the rainbow" was used?

I expect so, but it actually means nothing with regards to WR anyway so it would be pointless to use it.

I think we've basically come to the conclusion that, for now at least, there's not necessarily a better slogan. For your suggestion, the main problem is that the term 'webmaster' really isn't in active use anymore. When was the last time someone described themselves as a webmaster?
