Hello,

I'm a web designer and would like to create a content management system (CMS) website for my clients. I want them to be able to make their own changes after I created, using their web browser. Are there programs I can purchase, and if so, any recommendations? Or do I have go through a programmer?

Thanks in advance,
MonaE

Are you looking for one made in ASP/ASP.NET specifically or in any language?

Umbraco is the best CMS I've found, and it's free. The only downside is you need to know or learn a bit of XSLT to get the most out of it.
