I am sorry. May be i have asked a very silly question. I should have googled it first. Actually lots of time i faced problems understanding big articles, so i just asked it. Anyways thanks for the reply.

yes,wordpress is always the best option as it is so much of good and effective addons for news and latest post to slideshows and almost everything with huge number of template.
