Now, I have two problems. One being a cross-browser compatibility problem. You guessed, internet explorer. I'm not very current with the current procedures with css rounded corners and all. As you can see, my way is rather complex considering the png transparency. In internet explorer; the positioning is off balanced compared to the other browsers. The content beings to overlap the heading. I tried using HTML if ie and if !ie, which worked in internet explorer but didn't work in anything else.

The other problem is with the menu. The menu is in a fixed position, to be right next to the content, and scroll with the page. Now, when you shrink the page (skinnier) the menu eventually will overlap the content. Is there a way to prevent this?
