Help
Hello all,
I'm not familiar with Flash but I have a site and I want to make a flash banner for it as shown here in the left side of this Bed & Breakfast at the heart of Rome website. (gave a link for it)
Can anybody tell me which programs I need to use to make such banner?

Ideally you need the Flash Professional program, but you can use other tools to make simple animations for you, like SWiSH.

you can try, 123-banner or flash-banner-creator ..
