Hi,
I would like to build a web page that has links to sites that looks like a Google chrome start up page where it's an icon of the actual page. I have looked for a joomla extension but it doesn't have to be anything joomla or it could be. How can I do this?

Are you trying to have this 'automatically' created based on a link database or something? If you haven't settled on anything yet - I know you could do this through WordPress (and I'd suspect through other CMS platforms as well). Basically, all you need is the information in a database, then a way to display it - which of course is HTML and CSS.
