Based on TJ's suggestion I have "Christmas-ized" my avatar look closely, the crown is now temporarily a santa cap. :)

i cleared my cache, so now, insted of havin parts snowy and parts not, none of it is!!! :'(

That only refreshes every page in Opera, it's not the same as Firefox and IE

ok then, right click th image thats not displaying and click view image. then, refresh that image a few times. (2 usually). when you get the new image, hooray!

This is a great ideal; you guys should have 12 versions of your website, one for each month of the year...lol

Ineke, it sounds like your ISP has got the images cached. You may simply have to wait.

You need to test locally (on your computer - set up a server) where you don't have to worry about cache (especially where you can control the cache).
